Discarded, abandoned and thrown on the floor.
Poor Easter lily, still green not mature.
Spotted and rescued she started to bloom.
No longer neglected or destined for doom.
With love and attention from little old me...
She opened and blossomed, she brought me such glee.
With a sweet smelling scent she beckoned for bees.
Who swarmed all around in a beautiful breeze.
All withered and wilted just after a week...
She brought so much beauty which words just can't speak.
